Most organic doesn’t seem to be much different than non-organic. At least I can’t tell the difference. The only thing organic that I definitely like because of taste is eggs. Organic eggs that I buy definitely taste better than the non-organic from the same store. They do cost considerably more though. The shells are brown instead of white. That one I cannot figure out. I grew up accepting brown shells as normal and stores never had white eggs except miraculously at Easter for a premium price. Now organic is brown and reminds me of that DDT laden era of the 50s. [;)]
