It will take some doing to get food manufacturers to quit using MSG and all of its relatives. We (the public) were able to get trans fats declared on our nutrition labels, so why can’t we do it with MSG?
I read an article on Dr. Blaylock’s book, Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills. He mentions that a food manufacturer told him in confidence, that MSG will continue to be in foods no matter what, under different names. Pretty discouraging.
