I would not consider this man’s restaurants to be part of any chain. The man is an entrepreneur, a businessman, whose field happens to be resaurants. In the Columbus, Ohio area a man named Cameron Mitchell, a CIA graduate, and member of the CIA board, left his position as a chef to open a restaurant. It was and is very successful. He has since acquired financing and has opened at least 10 other successful restaurants. He does not run a chain. He runs a number of very good restaurants.
