Jman-You are 100% correct. I am being totally unrealistic. Your point is well taken. I got so excited because the show was so incredible to me. It was so real. The pressure those guys were under in that kitchen..Tony showed it perfectly. Who better to be able to do that. It is indeed a young man’s game. Yeah, it was perfect for those of us who love seeing this type of stuff.

FoodTV has chosen to go in another direction and from a business point of view, they’re right. You’re right! Sorry FoodTV. I do have to wish them well. I just cannot watch most of it anymore. So be it. No, the business world is made up to satisfy the biggest audience possible.
