FoodTV has chosen to go in another direction and from a business point of view, they’re right. You’re right! Sorry FoodTV. I do have to wish them well. I just cannot watch most of it anymore. So be it. No, the business world is made up to satisfy the biggest audience possible.

I should have done a better job in responding to your post. I agree that more serious viewing options are a joy when you find them and I can understand how you can be enthusiastic in your praise of them.

The FN certainly isn’t what it once was, but it has done what it can to remain viable in the competitive world of cable TV. To me, some of their shows are pure crap, but I’m sure to others they are the bomb.
