I visited Sucre when I was in New Orleans last February. Absolutely superb hand-crafted macarons.  I especially loved the pistachio.

That said, I have to say that the shop itself had an insect problem.  There were small flying insects (not fruitflies and not gnats) clustering around the chocolates in the display cases.  So we passed on them.
