I also recommend Schmidt’s in Columbus, for the reasons stated. They also have a buffet at nights after 5, or at least they do on Saturdays (only day I’ve been there), and I think they do lunch buffet too.

If you like Mongolian there’s an excellent one in Terre Haute called Happy Dragon, which is on US-41 on the right hand side if you’re coming from I-70. There’s a stoplight just before it, so it’s not hard to spot. It’s after US-41 once again goes back to 3 lanes as it approaches town.
