As I am on dial up your video is about a 2 hour download. I did not see any streaming option.
Actually streaming is getting a bit old hat and I would recommend podcasting. Call it the Slick’s BBQ report or something. Do it weekly and keep it short. A good example for this sort of thing is "The Minimalist" video the NY Times does weekly.

Of course I am still downloading your 45MB video, but if it does have music in it that is not yours or that you have not paid royalties for, you are in danger of huge lawsuits.

You may think of doing Internet take-out, your food does look very good. Just by being on Roadfood you have a world wide presence. Take advantage of it, I would love some of your Texas BBQ in about a 3 pound tub and shipped direct in dry ice. I don’t mind paying for shipping if it is good authentic regional food.

I do a lot of Internet take-out and I do not think I am the only one.
