I have a feeling that it is some kind of a label meant to show a difference from the Chicago-Style Dog.

If anyone gets a real comparison taste-test sort of answer to the question , please post it !! My curiosity is up… not enough to drive up there and eat one… but Inquiring Minds WOULD like to know!
