Not neccesarily. A lot of the great high-end restaurants specialize in dishes made from local products and twists on local specialties. If we start setting price limits—-where is it drawn? Does that cut out the lobster places in Maine? will it include stone crabs in Florida? I think as long as it fits the basic criteria—-great regional meals—-then why not?
