It’s hard to imagine this suit going anywhere.  Words like double and triple are common to the language, especially the “burger language”.  It’s not like calling it a “Mc (fill in the blank)”   Think of how many places have a “double burger”.  I understand that In-N-Out was first to use the “double double” word combination.   But, if they own that word combination, then can the first place to use the word combination “double burger” sue the scads of other burger places to come along that use the word combination “double burger”?
