Being of two minds I would add these:
Crab Cakes with really good slaw.
Oyster Stew.
Fried Clams.
Liver and Onions.
Hand cut, hand fried(in peanut oil) french fries.
PLUS all the foods previously mentioned. I haven’t had a good Chop Suey in years.
