My comfort choices would be:
1. Baked Ham with scalloped or mashed potatoes and peas.
2. Sheppard’s Pie with gravy
3. Lasagna with garlic toast
4. Creamy homemade soups like pea soup, clam chowder, mushroom, potato
5. Ham and Mushroom oven baked omlette with a cheese sauce served with pan fried potato slices and a cup of fruit cocktail.
