Mmmmm…. I think mine would be:
1) Cheese grits (perfect anytime!)
2)Roast ham and onion-y baked mashed potatoes with parsley sauce
3)Corned beef and cabbage
3)BBQ baby-back ribs
4) Mac & Cheese
5) Chilli mac
