If I were to open a chain, I’d like to open one that would be a bit upscale that would offer fresh, quality seafood with a menu of regional specialities vis a vis True Maryland Lump Crab cakes, Gulf Shrimp, Crawfish boils,(newspapers, corn on the cob et al) instead of the limp, over fried and over-salted that RL and such offer.
