You’ll be amazed at how easy it is to make your own buffalo wings. I roll them in a little corn starch with salt, peeper, and a dash of cayenne mixed into it. Then fry them at 360 for about 13-14 minutes. They come out beautiful, golden brown and crunchy. Toss them with some sauce (either homemade or bottled whatever you like) and get some blue cheese for dipping. I can’t even go to or have a party anymore without people requesting I make wings. I don’t mind becasue they are so easy and everyone just raves about them.
