This reminds me of a conversation I used to have with a Japanese friend of mine. Asians, for the most part, cannot fathom our love of cheese and the stinkier we like it, the sicker they get from the smell.
I used to tell him about how much I love blue cheese. He would literally turn green just at the thought. Good times…
Oh, and since I’m in Cheese Central and I eat it almost every day, your cheese phobia can be treated with therapy. I’m sure of it.
