My dad doesn’t like cheese. He’ll choke down some mild swiss or provolone to be polite but will otherwise avoid it at all costs. He doesn’t eat pizza either on account of his dislike for cheese. I must have inhereted some of this from him because I do not like sharp or moldy cheeses(e.g. blue, roquefort, etc) myself. But I love the mild stuff, mozzarella and provolone being my personal favorites.
