my mom tells me I would throw cheese off my high chair tray as a toddler…. never cared for the stuff, but I always like pizza ok. I think it’s because mozzerella is so mild. I am *slowly* (now that I’m getting near my ’40s) developing a tolerance for *melted* cheese in casseroles (like lasagna), tacos, etc. I can put up with it on a burger, but it’s not my preference.
And yes, it has been a major inconvenience to me as well as those who have cooked for me!
