early cheese memory. alone at the table, having picked the slice of american "cheese" from my sandwich. what to do with this strange substance? mom tells me to finish my food but I begin to break up the cheese into perfect squares and build a tower on my plate. try it, makes a wonderful material for craft projects…probably won’t spoil as it’s not FOOD.
