Amos, and this is all in fun… But seriously, cheese is nothing more then cultured bacteria. Have you ever smelled an aged steak before cooking? (bacteria doing its job tenderizing the meat). Or should I say a decent glass of wine? Alot of grapes depend on the various fungus growing bacterias also! (same goes with good sourdough bread). To each their own, but your already eating the stuff without knowing it. Maybe you just don’t like dairy products?
