Although the entrees (for lack of better word) at Henry’s is fine, the reason to go there is for the pie. And it is absolutely world class. This is definitely where I would stop. It is very convenient to I-70, too.

I totally agree. My wife is from West Jefferson and still has friends who live there so I have been to Henry’s multiple times. The food is ok. It ceratinly doesn’t make it worth drving that far off of the highway. The specials are usually better than the regular menu. Chicken and noodles are ok. If they have scalloped potatoes and ham that is pretty good. But really it is just something to do until the pie comes. The trick is to find out what pie they have available first thing when you sit down and reserve the ones you want. In my opinion the top four are butterscotch, strawberry rhubarb, rhubarb, and peach.
