Nope. Among other differences enchiladas are usually made with corn tortillas while burritos are made with flour tortillas. Additionally, of course, enchiladas are baked.

Exactly. Enchiladas are also smaller, and typically have different fillings. Also, the sauce is different, at least in a good restaurant. The only difference between a dry burrito and a wet burrito is the addition of sauce and usually cheese on top, and it’s served on a plate instead of wrapped in foil or paper. And, you know, you can’t eat it with your hands unless you want a heck of a mess. [;)]
