I took some Nathan’s skinless, poked holes in them w/ a fork, then boiled them in Shiner Bock beer. They were great! Maybe it was the meeting of NY and Texas? I guess that would also work for a Sabrett skinless?
If I had a hot dog cart I would call it "beer dogs". I guess you could cook dogs in all kinds of beer. Question is, would you need to ID your customers?
