Think it is dependent on the size of the city what the price is. In a large metro area 2.00 is not much to spend when a small McDonald’s sandwich or convenience store dog is 1.50.

In small town you couldnt charge $2.00 no matter the area the US; or if they were preminum or generic dogs.

The income is higher in large cities and prices are just higher. You couldnt really charge 3.00 for a hot dog even there. Sausage of course is higher priced.
