Hello All,
We have a young fella at work (19 yrs. old), who on every pay day goes to a store called Sharp Shopper and buys
a zillion items of snack foods which he eats and shares with every one. They are drastically marked down and I
know why. Yesterday, he was passing out a Slim Jim spicy smoked snack. I checked the date and it expired July 21,
2005. They were a little dry, but still tasty. Somethings have so many preservatives that the date doesn’t matter.
Common sense tell me that some products like fresh meats, dairy, breads, and veggies demand checking expiration dates.
My expiration date was April 10, 2000, but lucky me, my wife hasn’t thrown me out yet.
Take Care,
Fieldthistle
