Shows such as these stimulate demand for ‘finer things’ and have resulted in, among other things, upgrades in small-town fine dining and truly decent pizza now being able to be had most everywhere.
Presently, the same phenomenon seems to be happening with certain styles of BBQ. And, it has even led to establishments in the “food capitals” to up their games.
As Martha Stewart would say, “And that’s a good ting.”
