Cathy, you should try Johnson’s Corner right off the 25 in Loveland. It’s an old truck stop, been there for years. I never miss it when I’m in Denver, and it’s a good 30 minute drive north. It’s worth it though. Lucky you for being right in Loveland, so don’t miss it. Best ham and cheese omlette breakfast I’ve ever et. Pies are good too.
