I dont know if this plac still exists–but if any of you are in the area—id love to know–LONG ago–i was staying in the mtns outside of Boulder-way up off Gold Hill Road and out there on that very small very quite road was a tiny house where a women sold simple meals and PIES! they were greaCant even remember the name of it-but i drove by it all the time so i got to sample a LOT of pies. There was also a place in Boulder proper–called "Mothers"—great breakfast–and Mother was cool—and a 6ft tall burly African American with w wonderful voice and a huge smile. Wish i could add more===but its been a long time since i ate in Colorado except in the home of friends.
