I have been frying turkeys outdoors for a couple of years now with no issues. This is not rocket science; it is frying on a big level. I can’t understand why anyone would ever stuff a bird before frying, fry on a wooden deck, or have small kids/pets around while they did this. To me this is just plain common sense. I always underestimate the oil I need and add alittle to get to the right spot so I don’t have a blowout. It’s not perfect but it does work and the the results are fabulous.
