hi all sorry for such a delay with getting back on here…. had so much Ive been doing. Thank you Larry, however unfortunately its too late….. I was dumb and bought the a101 and no Im not happy that I made that choice. JoJo was absolutely correct when he suggested I didnt need more than the hummer. Also there are alot of flaws in the building of the A101 .. I now feel like a complete idiot….. and yes I now will have to resubmit a new floor plan to the state in near future because i made modifications to this cart to make it usable. I did however find Im having problems with steaming the hotdogs, for some reason the steamer pans only allow like an inch and half of water then the trays get too hot and start frying the hotdogs instead of allowing the steam to steam them…. Im begining to feel mentally challenged here. also JoJo please could you let me know where I can purchase hotdogs? oscar mayer, or ball park, and also sabrett…..
