Jojo or Vic or anyone else…Can you tell me what average rent for a Home Depot type location would be? In Denver the permit fee is $300 for one spot on a public sidewalk, good for one year. I heard of one lady with a bigger trailer that pays $600 a month next to a small liquor store. That seemed very high for that location. Does StreetEats handle the rent for all Home Depots nationwide?
