Jojo, thank you I am familiar with Streeteats, and I am putting an application on Monday for the Denver area.
Ace, I do chips and they are a lower markup than hot dogs or drinks, but I use them as an add on for meal deals. People will ask for chips everywhere, and I have charged as much as 75 cents for a 1 oz. bag. at 17 cents a bag, its not bad. Also, I came up with an idea for a self service inexpensive chip rack. I asked my local supermarket manager if I could purchase some "clip strips" and he gave me as many as I wanted for free. These are the things that hang on shelves with alligator clips running down the length. I am going to mcgiver four of these together that can hang on the side of my cart, which will be room for 48 bags of chips. New chip racks go as high as 80 dollars.
