Hi all. I am new to this forum but have appreciated all the information. I live in South Dakota and am in the process of starting a concession (tent or Trailer). My menu will vary depending on the location, but the basic items are Italian and Polish Sausage, hot dogs, corn dogsm funnel cakes, deep fried oreos, pickles – pop and water. Couple of questions, what are the benefits of a tent versus a trailer- it seems that SD health code is easier on tents., Any menu suggestions or pricing suggestions? All info is appreciated.
