Hi, everyone!

I just bought a cart and will be looking into doing it at the HD in South Jersey, or festivals, I am not too sure yet. I have been calling around and a lot of flea markets and festivals dont want food there, and ppl doing it have been grandfathered in. The 4 surrounding towns dont want to hear anything about parking the cart on the side of the road. Plus, I cant go too far because my car cant go past 25 MPH or the cart starts jumping around, lol is it just me or is this normal? Has anyone ever used Aldi’s hotdogs? They taste better grilled than boiled, and I dunno if I want to chance it since I will be boiling them. Everyone is different though, so what 1 likes someone else will complain about. Although, they dont fall apart in the water like some other brands. What other dogs dont fall apart? Also do you use bottles for your condiments? I bought the little packets wholesale, I figured its quicker to serve ppl and less messy.I am very nervous about this – I bought cheese, chili, meatballs, everything from Sam’s club….I should not take so many short cuts and make homemade stuff, right?
