Well to tell you the truth. the Aldis brand hot dogs do not work well at all. They turn a disgusting green/grey color after a short amount of time. They also become mushy. I used them once at my skin flint wifes urging. Not only did I not like them, but it was also apparent on some of my customers face that they did not like them either. That was a few years ago when I first got started. I now use Bests Kosher, and have not looked back. I did wrestle with trying to increase a profit margin by going to a cheaper dog for a little bit, but one of the other board members helped me thru that. I have not looked back since. I just simply refuse to sell substandard hot dogs. But that is just me. I can recommend Vienna Beef, Hebrew National, Bests Kosher brands. They are more expensive to get. But it is the quality and taste that keeps em coming back. Jsut a thought. What type of trailer did you get. If it is a tow behind, it should not be swinging back and forth at only 25 MPH. Better get that thing checked out.
