I have been going round and round with our city zoning department and finally had to file all the paper work for a variance in order to get my spot. But during all this BS hassle (submitting 3 different sets of plans) I asked about 15 trailers, food carts, and trucks at different locations in town (I had made up a list of the locations) and did they all have a variance? The head guy at zoning said "No but nobody ever complained about them." So I said hey if I’d just opened up and never requested and filed the proper paper work, with your office, gotten all the inspections from the health department, submitted a engineering study, submitted a architectural study on traffic flow in the parking lot, and paid all the fees I’d be about $3000.00 richer, so why try and do the right thing? He had NO answer just shrugged. What garbage. But MyWay is right Don’t give up it’s just starting, it will be worth it. What’s that saying don’t let the B$^3#d’s get you down.
