I went looking for relish at the local supermarkets here in Sacramento CA. Most are some kind of dill pickle relish with and without spices. Some have onions and peppers added. Then there’s some kind of yellow mustard/relish mixture. I was disappointed. You’d think that this would be a good market for some national or regional supplier but it’s kind of a hot-dog wasteland out here compared to the products that are available to you folks in Jersey and Chicago.
