Keep your margins around 80%. I buy the Hoffy Premium frank from Costco. Them things are delicious and you can sell them for $2 each with that margin. I have an Excel spreadsheet that computes everything once you put in the basic product costs. Anyone that wants it can email me and I’ll send it to you. I find Vienna products too pricey to maintain margins.
