I haven’t seen a wooden cart in years. If you plan on selling hot dogs, I recommend contacting your local health department for a license pre-approval. Most current carts are built from T304 stainless steel and require at least one sink and the capacity to carry at least 5 gallons of water(2.5 hot & 2.5 cold). Check before you invest.
