As long as it fits in the bun, its all basically the same –split top, split side…Wrap it in a slice of white bread in a pinch!– who cares as long as the dog is a winner….I like split sides myself, even living in Maine, split tops seem to have more bread….rather use them for lobster rolls [:I]
