Shout out to North Carolinians: Do you remember, back in the 70s I guess, there was a restaurant in Charlotte that served ONLY fried baloney sandwiches? I never had the pleasure of eating there, but heard about it from a friend.

your momma figured it out cause if you did not cut the edges, it curled up and you could not make a decent sandwich out of it.
