I converted my garage into a commissary. It wasnt easy and they had check me 2 times before they issued my permit but it went through.
I went to a local plastic company for my enclosure. I brought my cart there and we kind of customized it. Only a $180. Which wasnt bad considering most of the cart companies wanted about $400 for the sneeze gaurds.
