After many years with gas grills, a Weber with 3 burner controls and the upside ‘u’ grill grates has become a favorite……you just have to empty the grease trap every time you cook skin-on chicken and remove and scrape the ‘flavorizer’ (ie: upside down ‘v’) bars, if only to get the opportunity to scrape down the base of the sloping bottom of the grill chamber on a regular basis….
No more flair-ups!!
….and just a maintenence issue. ; )
