As far as Wynn, the dinner buffet is also killer. It had better be for around $37 with tax, but…prime rib, rack of lamb, and crab legs can justify the price if one goes with an appetite. Add in a jumbo shrimp cocktail, a fabulous shrimp louie, a few great soups, some kobe meatballs, and maybe a dessert or two. A meal like this might fetch $100 at more than a few strip casino restaurants.
