Few thoughts:

Mon Ami Gabi – is an outstanding choice. For what they offer they are (IMHO) the best value on the strip. Great steaks, chicken and fish. Don’t skip the desserts, especially the bananas foster crepes.

Battista’s Hole in the Wall – Had a very memorable meal there. The food is old school red sauce Italian and the meals come with your choice of red or white jug wine. There are better Italian spots in Vegas but the atmosphere is great and they don’t mind if you get rowdy.

If you can fit it in and you enjoy Thai food you should check out Lotus of Siam. Don’t eat off the buffet, order from the menu. Everything is outstanding, don’t forget to get an order of mango sticky rice with coconut ice cream.
