Jokadrma, I can tell you have done your homework. I agree that when in Vegas, do not go to a chain. I will say this, we have been to Vegas more times than I can remember. And every time, save for once, we have gone, we have eaten at Batista’s. There are better places for Italian in Vegas, but none more fun. Go late, on a weekend,when the place is packed,and enjoy the electricity in the air.Call ahead for a reservation. And I do like their food, especially the shrimp scampi. Another one of our favorite spots is the Steakhouse at Circus Circus. No doubt there are alot of excellent choices in Vegas. You cannot really go wrong with any on your list. These just happen to be two of our personal favorites. No matter what you chose, enjoy your trip, and have a safe one also.Oh, and we like the Peppermill for breakfast. Just bring an appetite if you chose to go there.
