I’ve seen you say this a few times and cringe every time I read it. True, you are right, but that’s like saying Pepe’s in CT is a chain as they have two restaurants. While technically accurate, the definition carries a different connotation. These places are not your Applebee’s/Chili’s places.

The "A Go Go" is quite good, so I’m not sure you can go wrong with either. Next time I’m in Vegas, I am going to try the Hash House (not a go go). Sounds good!
