One more question, for any of you out there. I’ve been looking at the menu at Doe’s in Little Rock. Since I’ll be by myself, I was wondering if there’s any advice about whether to order the 8oz filet, or go for the smallest porterhouse. I don’t want to miss the Doe’s “experience”, and have read the reviews about the porterhouse. But I obviously won’t be able to come anywhere close to eating the smallest, 2 1/2 pound porterhouse, especially if I try the shrimp and the tamales as well. I don’t mind spending the money and not being able to finish, if that’s the way to go.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Go for it!
The weight is Gross Weight so deduct the bone weight and shrinkage and it’s manageable.
Get a to go box and you have midnight snacks! Porterhouse has more flavor too!
