When I qoute a catering the first thing I let them know is I have a $300 MIN.This will immediatly weed out those who think I will work their event for next to nothing.My minimum includes 100 dogs,100 sodas,100 bags of chips.This also includes 3 hrs labor.I am providing a service.No if you don’t meet your min. you do not get any product that is leftover.I charge .50 per dog over .25 soda .25 chip.$100 an hr. over.

Most hosts are worried about going over their min.which means less work,more money.If they go over min there is no loss to me and I am not stuck for over three hrs.

I once did a birthday party that totaled 19 dogs,4 sodas and 0 chips for $300
This seems to work for me.
